There is no contact form on this page and no chat bubble in the corner. Both go to a queue. An email goes to Mateusz, who answers it, usually the same day and always within one working day.

What to put in the email

None of this is required, it just saves a round trip:

Your order or request number if you have one, like JW-K4LUG
Which piece, by name
For sizing: the inside diameter in millimetres of a ring that already fits, measured across the middle
For a fault: two photographs, one close and one from a step back, in daylight if you can

We do not need the order number to help you. It is just quicker than describing the necklace.

There is no shop to visit

Jugielewicz is online only. No showroom, no counter, no address to turn up at. Orders are packed and posted from Aarhus, and everything else happens by email.

We ship inside Europe

Europe only, and the country list on the request form is the whole of it. If your country is not there we cannot post to you yet, and asking will get an honest no rather than a maybe.

Before you buy is the best time

Ask about length, fit, weight or plating first. Every order is confirmed by hand anyway, so a question now is cheaper than a return later.
